Our experienced design engineers can provide expert assistance in evaluating your
existing products for suitability to cold forming. Our design engineers can also provide
assistance at the earliest design stages to ensure the manufacturability of new products
using cold forming techniques.
CWR can help your company reduce assembly parts count by combining multiple part
geometries into a single cold formed part. Finished part features up to five times the
starting stock diameter can be created in our multi-stage equipment - with no material
waste. Offset or eccentric features can also be produced during our cold forming
operations.
