Economical Long Part Manufacturing
Rod heading techniques are ideally suited to manufacturing long, thin cross section,
parts with simple or complex end geometries. CWR maintains the specialized tooling,
equipment, and expertise needed for successful long part manufacturing using these
techniques.
Blanks for rod headed parts can be produced internally in our wire
forming operations. Additional cold forming techniques, such as thread rolling,
and a wide variety of secondary operations, can be combined
with our rod heading capabilities to form completely finished parts for your use.
